1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Supret ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Supret is a software-as-a-service platform that analyzes your public LinkedIn data, provides growth diagnostics and engagement predictions, offers AI-assisted content drafting, a knowledge base, scheduling, and related features. We use your profile URL and public post data (obtained through authorized means) to personalize the experience. The Service is provided "as is" and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You create an account by signing in with Google; you may optionally link a LinkedIn account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and a valid LinkedIn profile URL when requested. We are not liable for any loss from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws;
- Violate LinkedIn's or any other platform's terms of service;
- Upload or generate content that is harassing, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful;
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or any third-party APIs we use;
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or abused the Service.
5. LinkedIn and Third-Party Platforms
You must comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement and other applicable platform policies. Supret only uses public data and, where applicable, authorized OAuth access. By connecting your profile or providing your LinkedIn URL, you represent that you have the right to do so and to allow us to analyze your content for the purposes of the Service. We do not automate engagement, send DMs, or perform actions that violate LinkedIn's terms.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create (e.g., knowledge base entries, drafts). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display that content as necessary to provide and improve the Service. Supret's name, logo, product, and technology remain our property. You may not copy or use our branding or code without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee any specific results (e.g., engagement rates or growth). Analytics and predictions are estimates only. The Service does not constitute legal, tax, or professional business advice. You use the Service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supret and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supret, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, abuse, or for any other reason with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Effective date" above. For material changes, we may notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. General
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Supret regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
