1. Who We Are

2. Data We Collect

Account and profile

When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile image from Google. If you optionally link a LinkedIn account, we receive your LinkedIn identifier, name, and profile image. This data is stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) to create and maintain your account and profiles.

Onboarding and brand

When you complete onboarding, we store your answers (e.g., audience description, content pillars, brand voice words, anti-voice, goals). We also store derived data such as your brand voice archetype, tone tags, vocabulary notes, and writing-style markers computed from your posts.

LinkedIn and content

When you provide your LinkedIn profile URL, we use a third-party service (Apify) to retrieve your public profile and public post data. We use this to analyze engagement, hooks, topics, and style. We also store content you add, such as knowledge base entries, drafts, and any text you paste into the Service.

Usage

We collect logs, session data, and product usage information (e.g., which features you use) as needed to operate the Service, debug issues, and improve our product.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Provide and improve the Service (analysis, AI drafting, scheduling, outreach, emails);
  • Personalize your experience (e.g., voice and content recommendations);
  • Communicate with you (transactional messages and, where you have opted in, product updates or marketing);
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and ensure security and fraud prevention.

4. Sharing and Third Parties

We share data only as described below. We do not sell your personal data.

  • Supabase: Hosting and database for authentication, profiles, and app data.
  • Anthropic / OpenAI: AI model APIs for drafting and content analysis.
  • Apify: Retrieval of public LinkedIn profile and post data.
  • Resend: Sending transactional and product emails.
  • Vercel: Hosting and serverless infrastructure for the application.
  • Google / LinkedIn: OAuth for sign-in and, for LinkedIn, optional account linking.

We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets.

5. Retention

We retain your account and content data until you delete your account or request deletion. We may retain certain data longer where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes (e.g., backups, dispute resolution). Logs and usage data may be retained for a limited period as needed for security and product improvement.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate data;
  • Export your data (e.g., via settings or on request);
  • Delete your account and associated data.

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@supret.ai. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our processing is based on contract performance, consent where applicable, and legitimate interests. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use session and authentication cookies necessary to run the Service. We may use analytics or similar technologies to understand how the product is used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. When we transfer data from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at individuals under 16 (or 13 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
