Yes. Supret doesn't automate engagement, send DMs, or do anything that violates LinkedIn's terms. We analyze your public post data and help you write better content.

How does the AI co-writer work?

Give the AI a topic, rough idea, or voice note. It drafts posts using your actual voice, top-performing structures, and audience data. It scores how well each draft addresses your target audience and predicts engagement before you publish.

What data do you analyze?

Your public LinkedIn posts: engagement rates, hook effectiveness, topic performance, posting cadence, audience triggers, content archetypes, and writing style. You also get audience segment analysis and goal-aligned content recommendations.

What do I get in the weekly email?

A performance scorecard (consistency, engagement quality, audience alignment, content variety), your top and bottom posts with explanations of why they worked or didn't, pattern analysis, audience snapshot, content recommendations, and a growth projection.

1. Who we are

2. What this policy covers

This policy describes how we handle information when you visit our site, create an account, connect Google or LinkedIn, or use features such as AI chat, post drafting, scheduling, CRM and leads, content research, and analytics. Third-party sites we link to have their own policies.

3. Information we collect

You provide

Account: When you sign in with Google, we receive details such as your email, name, and profile image. We store this to run your account.
LinkedIn:If you connect LinkedIn, we store profile metadata and OAuth tokens needed to publish or sync features you choose. When you publish through Supret, your content is sent to LinkedIn's systems.
Content you create: Chat messages, drafts, notes, and similar content you enter in the product.
Brand and voice settings: Onboarding answers and preferences that shape how the AI assists you.
CRM and research: Information you add about leads (for example name, company, title, email, LinkedIn URL) and related research or enrichment we derive to power those features.
Preferences: Settings and inferred preferences stored to personalize the service.
Uploads: Images you upload for posts. They may be stored so the app and publishing flows can use them (see section 6).

We collect automatically

Cookies and session: Authentication cookies so you stay signed in.
Server logs: Technical and security-related logs on our hosting provider, which may include identifiers such as account or session IDs.
Product analytics: We use tools that help us understand usage and performance (including session replay and analytics services). Those providers process data under their own policies.
Fonts:Our site may request fonts from Google's servers when you load pages.

From LinkedIn and similar public sources

When you provide a LinkedIn profile URL or similar identifier, we use automated services to collect publicly availableprofile and post data to power analytics, research, and personalization. You are responsible for using the product in line with LinkedIn's terms and applicable law, including when you point the product at third-party profiles or content.

Adaptive memory and analytics summaries

Over time we may store summaries derived from your use of the product (for example preferences, patterns, and analytics-style summaries of your content performance) so the assistant can stay consistent across sessions.

4. How we use your information

We use this information to:

Provide, maintain, and secure the service;
Run AI-assisted features, CRM, research, scheduling, and publishing you request;
Improve reliability, fix bugs, and understand product usage;
Comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers (subprocessors) who process data on our behalf as described below.

5. AI and voice features

Parts of Supret send your prompts, related context, and tool data to Anthropic (AI models) to generate responses and run product features. If you use voice input, OpenAI may process short audio clips to return text transcripts. How those providers handle API data is described in their privacy policies and terms.

6. Images and public links

Images you upload for posts may be stored in a way that produces a publicly accessible URL so publishing and previews work. Do not upload images you consider highly sensitive if you cannot accept that risk.

7. Service providers we use

We share data with vendors who help us operate Supret. Their privacy policies apply to their processing:

Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage. Privacy policy
Vercel — hosting, application runtime, scheduled jobs, and analytics products. Privacy policy
Anthropic — AI models. Privacy policy
OpenAI — speech-to-text for voice features. Privacy policy
LinkedIn — sign-in or linking and publishing when you use those features. Privacy policy
Apify — automated retrieval of public LinkedIn-sourced data you direct us to collect. Privacy policy

Google — Google sign-in (via our auth provider) and fonts. Privacy policy

We may update this list as our vendors change. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

8. Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We may retain certain data longer where required by law or for security, backups, or dispute resolution. Log and analytics retention depend on our providers' settings.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to our service, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal information;
Export certain data;
Object to or restrict certain processing;
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EEA/UK).

11. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies needed for sign-in and core functionality. Analytics and session tools may set additional cookies or use local storage. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking some cookies may limit features.

12. International transfers

We are based in the United States and may process data in the U.S. or other countries where our providers operate. If we transfer personal data from the EEA or UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

13. U.S. state privacy notices

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights (for example, to know categories of data collected, to delete, or to opt out of certain "sale" or "sharing"). Analytics tools may qualify as sharing under some laws. Contact support@supret.ai for requests. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money.

14. Children

Supret is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data.

15. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
